TERMS

ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. ALL SHORTAGE CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS. NO material shall be returned

without prior authorization.  A 20% handling charge will be made to cover inspection, repacking, etc.

Terms are net 30 days. Past due accounts are subject to 1.5% per month late charge. Free freight will be allowed on orders totaling $750 except where noted with (*) are F.O.B. Baldwin, New York. Minimum order is $50. Shipments will be made only on the basis of price sheet prevailing at time of shipments.

WARRANTY AND LIMITATIONS

BUGLER SALES WARRANTS TO BUYER THAT THE PRODUCT SOLD SHALL BE FREE OF DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP AT TIME OF SHIPMENT.

Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty is limited to repair and/or replacement, at our option, or any part or parts thereof, which have been returned to us within one year of date of purchase.

We disclaim any liability for incidental or consequential damages which may be incurred either by the buyer or user of Bugler Sales Products. Bugler Sales neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any obligation in connection with the sale of the product in excess of the above mentioned warranty and remedy.

DISCLAIMER

NO OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND ARE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND BUGLER SALES CORP. EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE FROM ANY AND ALL SALES OF ITS PRODUCTS.
